Georgetown chiropractor-patient benefits are plentiful and especially apparent to episodic migraine sufferers.

BENEFITS OF THE CHIROPRACTOR-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP:

Georgetown Migraine Sufferers Know

A recent study of women who suffer episodic migraine cared for with comprehensive chiropractic highlights the benefits of the chiropractor-patient relationship for positive clinical outcomes. The women (a) shared that they were more informed of how musculoskeletal pain, tension and posture triggered migraine, (b) altered their view of chiropractic as just spinal manipulation, and (c) found the chiropractor/patient relationship to be essential and valuable in managing their migraines effectively. (1) That’s chiropractic’s forte! Chiropractors like yours at Dr. Butwell take the time to clearly explain the painful condition to our patients. Georgetown hip fracture risk is reduced by multivitamin supplementation.

Georgetown CHIROPRACTIC TIP OF THE MONTH:
Take a Multivitamin to Reduce Fragility Hip Fracture

Hip fractures are a severe issue for healthcare systems and their patients globally. A meta-analysis of over 80,000 subjects – 21% male, average age 69 years of age – stated that multivitamin use was significantly linked with a decreased risk of suffering a fragility hip fracture. Multivitamin use was significantly protective against osteoporotic hip fracture. (2) This is wonderful news for Georgetown chiropractic patients worried about hip fracture because they are likely already taking a simple multivitamin instead of taking a lot of single ones. Decreasing Georgetown hip fracture risk may result from taking a multivitamin supplement each day!
